No Need for Military Exemptions from Enviro Laws
- EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman during testimony before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee in February, 2003: "I don't believe that there is a [military] training mission anywhere in the country that is being held up or not taking place because of environmental protection regulation."
