Balancing Sun Protection for Our Skin

"I'm not saying we should not use sunscreen at all. We just should also consider that our skin does need some sunshine for good health. Instead of using sunscreen all the time, we can find a balance of using sunscreen during the hours of the day when the sun is the strongest (at midday) and when we are spending a lot of time in the sun. But also allow our skin the benefits of sunshine during the hours when rays are weaker (early morning and late afternoon) and when we are in the sun only for brief periods." - quote from consumer advocate Debra Lynn Dadd appearing in the ENN article.
