Property Owners in San Clemente, Home of Surfrider Foundation Headquarters, Vote in a Landslide to Continue the CLEAN OCEAN Fee
- San Clemente homes and businesses will continue paying the city a monthly "clean ocean" fee for the next six years, after a vote of 9,230 property owners concluded Wednesday: 75 percent voted yes, 25 percent voted no.
