Oregon Approves Marine Reserves
- "On Tuesday, the Legislature gave final approval to a Kitzhaber-backed bill that adds 38-square-miles of reserves in Oregon's biologically rich territorial sea, a 3-mile-wide strip that hugs the coastline.
