There is an "Index" page which was carried over from the original Coastal A-Z (basically just a list of articles) which is getting dated since it isn't being updated. I think we should get rid of it, as other pages (which update automatically) have taken over the functions of the Index page. I started a discussion on the talk page about whether it should stay or go.
