CA Governor Davis Supports Dumping Sewage in Coastal Waters

Governor Gray Davis is demanding that the California Coastal Commission reverse their recent decision against allowing San Diego to apply for yet another Clean Water Act waiver to dump sewage in near-shore coastal waters.
