14 Years is Way Too Long for a Hazard to Remain on the Beach

"The chapter has decided 14+ years is too long for these structures to continue shedding debris onto our coast and are hopeful that through public pressure, action will be taken to remove these unsafe structures from the public beach. The chapter has also started a petition on change.org and has gathered around 700 signatures supporting the removal of these buildings." - excerpt from Surfrider Foundation's Texas Upper Coast Chapter website.
