Reduce Nitrogen Runoff to Prevent Algal Blooms

A new study by the Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (IGB) assessed long-term international data and found that a reduction of nitrogen inputs is essential to prevent algal blooms in the summer months.
