Indiana's Lake Michigan Coastal Program is a networked program and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources serves as the lead state agency.

Indiana Coastal Program Evaluation (2006) — The Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management conducts periodic performance reviews of federally approved state coastal management programs.

Also see the LMCP 2007 Annual Report and other publications.

The LMCP has published a Shorelines Newsletter since 2007, with the current and back issues available online.

The Lake Michigan Coastal Program Website provides numerous links to the Websites of coastal organizations and agencies, including Great Lakes Beaches, Great Lakes Pollution Prevention Center, Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant, Indiana Geological Survey, Save the Dunes Council, and many more!
