Worst Fish to Eat That Are Not Abundant Nor Well Managed
- According to Environmental Defense, the following fish are the worst to eat with respect to belonging to fisheries that are not abundant nor well managed: caviar (wild, imported), clams (ocean quahogs), cod (Atlantic), grouper, halibut (Atlantic), monkfish and goosefish, orange roughy, rockfish (Pacific red snapper, bocaccio, canary, widow), salmon (farmed), scallops (Atlantic calico), shark, skate, snapper, swordfish, toothfish (Chilean sea bass), tuna (bluefin).
