Surfrider Foundation's 20th Anniversary Surfboard Auction by Sotheby's
- On June 17, 2004, "Sotheby's will host a live auction of rare surfboards that changed the evolution of the modern surfboard. World champion surfer Shaun Tomson assembled 30 artists and master craftmen to share their signature board each marked with Surfrider Foundation's 20th Anniversary logo. These pieces include unique shapes from surfing's Golden Era, the Hot Dog 70's, the High Performance 80's and even futuristic tow-in designs.
