Proposed Sea Wall along the Beach in Rincon, PR
- "The proposed sea wall [to protect the newly constructed Sandy Beach Apartments] is not only a direct violation of a legally binding agreement, but as we know from Rincóns Balneario, a gabion sea wall will result in a hazard for beachgoers, effectively ruining the beach and likely exacerbating an already difficult beach erosion problem.
