A Striking Shorefront Anomaly at the Expense of Its Neighbors
- "Another striking anomaly in beachfront development in Broward County is the Marriott Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. For some reason, the hotel was given a variance to the coastal setback line, and the building sits far out on the beach relative to adjacent, more prudently sited buildings.
