Tuscan Surf Town in Italy Besmirched by Oil Spill
- "A tanker carrying liquid chemicals has spilt 9 tonnes of oil from a leaking fuel tank, some of which washed up onto Italy's Tuscan coast, the coastguard said on Monday.
