Training the Grassroots Activists
- "Throughout 2008 the Surfrider Foundation will conduct Chapter activist training conferences and support workshops in Florida, Texas, California, the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast. These conferences are designed to provide training in such areas as direct action organizing, leadership, science-based issues and policy initiatives.
