Orange County Sanitation District's Goal is 100% Water Recycling
- "This year, OCSD was successful at obtaining a $450,000 grant from the Bureau of Reclamation, to help fund a $2 million effluent reuse study that will identify operational and treatment plant improvements necessary for OCSD to best support the final expansion of GWRS and move towards achieving OCSD’s goal of 100 percent water recycling." - excerpt from OCSD's 2014-2015 Annual Report.
