One North Carolina Coastal Town Has a 'No Wake Zone' in Their Downtown
- "The town floods often and deep, turning the streets into rivers. The best mode of transportation is kayak. Vehicles passing through create waves that splash against shop doors, effectively making the flood levels reach even higher.
