Hands Across the Sand is happening this weekend!
- On average, US offshore oil drilling activities release 880,000 gallons of oil into our ocean annually. Not only that, but the current administration is planning to allow offshore drilling in 90% of our nation's federal waters, while simultaneously reducing the safety protocols designed to prevent catastrophic spills like the 2010 Deepwater Horizon disaster!
