Coastal Nuclear Power Plant Near Surfrider National Office
- The San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station is located on the shoreline just a couple of miles from the Surfrider National Office. Recently, Ray Golden, the spokesman for Edison (one of the company's that runs the plant) said, "The plant was never designed for the impact from a commercial airplane."
