Ruling Against CA Coastal Commission Undermines Citizens Wishes
- Shirley Dettloff, one of the California Coastal Commission board members, said in relation to a court ruling that the commission was unconstitutional, "This is one of the more detrimental decisions for California, because it would affect our ability to provide the protection the citizens of this state have said they want for the coast."
