Are Polluted Runoff Fines for Construction Companies Less Than the Cost of Compliance?
- TLT Construction Corporation of Wakefield, MA was recently fined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency the amount of $135,000 for repeated, multi-year polluted runoff violations at 5 large construction sites.
