EPA and Coast Guard to Work Together Against Polluters
- "The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) today [2/11/2011] signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to work together to protect people's health and the environment.
