Canada Turns Down Free Help on Ocean Planning
- "The [Canadian] government is turning away from a remarkable opportunity. A group of first nations, local government representatives, commercial fishers, renewable energy developers, tourism operators, conservation group representatives, and others have been working to create a multiuse ocean plan for the region.
