Offshore Drilling Requires Onshore Infrastructure
- "We own and operate the All American pipeline system. The All American pipeline system is a common carrier crude oil pipeline system that transports crude oil produced from two outer continental shelf, or OCS, fields offshore California via connecting pipelines to refinery markets in California.
